Peter Chappell, C.A. Principal, Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Chappell joined Narland in 1993, and became a principal in 1996. During his tenure at Narland, the company has acquired and managed over 360 million in commercial real estate and developed over 125 million in residential and commercial real estate. Mr. Chappell is responsible for Narlands operational and financial structure. Specific duties include investment analysis, property and asset management, cash management, financing and investor relations.

Chris Sherry, Principal

Mr. Sherry joined Narland in 2003 as Vice President and became a partner shortly thereafter. Today, Mr. Sherry is a principal of the company and is focused on the long term growth of the organization. Mr. Sherry leads the company's acquisitions, development and leasing departments. During his tenure, Mr. Sherry has participated in transacting over $360 million of real estate with Narland, coordinated over $7 million in new commercial developments and has successfully negotiated over one million square feet of leasing. Chris is an active member of NAIOP and ICSC.

Elissa S. Dabiri, RPA Senior Portfolio Manager

Ms. Dabiri joined Narland in 2003 bringing with her a strong education in commercial real estate as well as a broad base of experience in the commercial real estate industry. She has continued her education and completed her RPA (Real Property Administrator) Designation in 2009. Ms. Dabiri has over 9 years of commercial real estate experience including lease administration and negotiation, property, asset and project management. Elissa's current responsibilities include management of the British Columbia portfolio of properties, lease negotiation and administration, project management and construction coordination for numerous projects as well as investment analysis for new acquisitions.

Richard Rupps, Senior Accountant & Financial Analyst

After completing his Bachelor of Commerce, Richard worked in a variety of roles in the governmental and non profit sectors before joining Narland in 2005. Richard is responsible for financial analysis of new investments as well as the accounting functions for our more complex properties. Richard also holds responsibility for Narland’s information systems and data integrity

Heidi Siviglia, Property Manager, Alberta

Ms. Siviglia joined Narland in 2008 as Property Manager, overseeing a mixed portfolio of office, retail and industrial properties in Alberta. Ms. Siviglia brings to the company background and knowledge in commercial real estate, with over 8 years experience in office, industrial and retail property management in Alberta and Ontario. Ms. Siviglia is responsible for day to day management of the Alberta portfolio, including planning and budgeting, supervision of operations staff and tenant liaison.

Miriam Sandrejova, Controller

Ms. Sandrejova is the newest addition to the Narland Management team. Ms. Sandrejova has a Bachelor of Technology in Accounting from BCIT. She has worked in various accounting functions in the property management, manufacturing and hospitality industries, including positions with two large Canadian real estate companies. Ms. Sandrejova is responsible for management of the accounting team, focusing on financial reporting, budgeting and cash management.
